I have made the cheeks smaller and higher than the original piece, and as pointed out by some other artists it became more anatomically 'feminine', I found this very interesting.

Basically done with Sketchbook Pro and Photoshop.
The extensive use of airbrush tool gave the blurred aspect of the turban, a point that I should correct and aim to achieve a sharper result.
